DELIVERY TIME
The Shipping Time for each product varies accordingly. Make sure you check the Approximate Delivery dates before placing an order.
Standard delivery usually takes 7-18 Working Days to process. It Takes another 5-7 business Days after to reach their assigned address.
The Area code and courier service availability in the respective states also influences the Delivery time.
Please note that the Weekends and off days are excluded in this timeframe.
Any delay on the Courier agency's part is entirely out of our control. The store is not to be held responsible for any delays occurred due to the Courier Agency.
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, Please note that the delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. It can be sooner or later depending on the variables.
ONCE THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPED, THE TRACKING INFORMATION IS UPDATED THROUGH SMS/EMAIL.

RETURNS/ CANCELLATION
ALL SALES ARE FINAL: meaning that there is no Cancellation, Exchange or Return available.
In some rare case there is an incorrect or Damaged product, A return or exchange depending on the product availability will be arranged according to our preference
To get claim on an incorrect/missing or Damaged product, An Unboxing video is to be made. (complete video showing opening of the outer courier bag to the end, showing the defect in the video itself. NO cuts, edits or trimming will be considered.)
This is to ensure a safe and fair seller-consumer dynamic.
ADDRESS & CONTACT INFORMATION
Make sure to enter the complete and correct Address and Contact details while placing the order.
In case the package is returned due to Incorrect Address/Contact info, the shipping charges are to be paid again by the customer for reshipping of the parcel.
In case of a lost/Missing parcel during transit, The store will not be Held Responsible. However, we will claim a full refund on your behalf from the courier agency and refund the same to you as soon as the issue is resolved.
